I’m a mum to young twins (1 boy, 1 girl!) and a qualified L3 personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness. After a tricky pregnancy where training was tough, I learned first-hand how to adapt and stay active. I offer a range of services, including strength training, fat loss programmes, but I’m also excited to help other new mums and mums-to-be stay healthy and feel strong, no matter what life throws at them. I just love helping people change their lifestyle and make lifelong habits that are sustainable and have fun along the way! I love the buzz that strength training and conditioning gives you, along with the amazing benefits.

I also work as a Procurement Manager and commute into London 3 days a week, so I know all about balancing a busy life with staying fit!  I know it can be hard to find time for yourself when you’re juggling so much, but staying active can work wonders for both your physical and mental health.
